Real estate has been a passion of mine since the late 1980s. To pay for college, I worked at a real estate consulting firm and learned the business from the ground up. My Mentor at the company told me that even though I had poor credit and no capital, I could still make money in the real estate business. I did not believe him at first, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that he was right.
